  • Listing Support throughout the process 

  • Arrange closing through an affiliated Title Company or of seller’s choice 

 

Sellers are responsible for the following; 

  • Providing pictures up to 25 photos 

  • All required Disclosures and Contracts to be signed and dated 

  • Providing description of the home features and specs  

  • Negotiating directly with the agent or buyer 

  • If buyer has an agent, seller will negotiate the commission directly with the buyer agent. (2.5% to 3% of the sales price)
